CHRISTOPHER TIMOTHY, 75, is best known for playing the Yorkshire vet James Herriot in the long-running BBC TV series All Creatures Great And Small. More recently he starred in the daytime soap Doctors. He is currently appearing in Hobson’s Choice at the Vaudeville Theatre, London.
